Shenjiu quartz yarn is a continuous long fiber made of high-purity silica and natural quartz crystal. Its SiO2 content can reach more than 99.95%. It is currently a flexible inorganic fiber material with the lowest dielectric performance and the highest temperature resistance. Alkali glass fiber, high silica, basalt fiber, etc., can partially replace aramid fiber, carbon fiber, etc., has a unique advantage in the field of ultra-high temperature and aerospace; in addition, the linear expansion coefficient of quartz fiber is small, and has an elastic modulus A rare feature that increases with increasing temperature. Hollow quartz fiber yarn (SJ103) made by special process is also available.
Features:
1. Excellent dielectric properties: dielectric constant is only 3.74, dielectric loss is only 0.0002, is an excellent wave-transmitting material.
2. Ultra-high temperature resistance: long-term use temperature 1050 ~ 1200 ℃, softening point temperature 1700 ℃, thermal shock resistance, longer service life.
3. Low thermal conductivity: The coefficient of thermal expansion is small, only 0.54X10-6 / K, which is one tenth of ordinary glass fiber, which is both heat-resistant and heat-insulated.
4. High strength: No micro-cracks on the surface, the tensile strength is up to 6000Mpa, which is 5 times that of high silica fiber, 76.47% higher than that of E-glass fiber.
