Introduction

SJ108 Shenjiu quartz fiber fabrics are of various kinds of thickness and weaving styles, including plain, twill, satin and some other weavings with different warp and weft densities. It is a kind of high-purity silica inorganic fiber fabric with outstanding characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, fireproof, low dielectric, wave-transparent… 

Performance

1. Low dielectric properties: Dielectric Constant(Dk) 3.74, Dissipation Factor(Df) 0.0002. Excellent wave-transparent material

2. High temperature resistance, continuous working temperature up to 1050 ℃, a short time using temperature up to 1200 ℃

3. Good electrical insulation performance, longer service life. Resistivity 1X10^20Ω·m~1X10^10Ω·m between temperature 20 ℃ ~ 1000 ℃

4. Higher tensile strength and stability

5. Lighter weight, smaller heat capacity, lower thermal conductivity
