Shenjiu SJ111 quartz wool is composed of pure quartz fiber, odorless and without binder. It is an ideal substitute for high silica, ceramic and basalt fiber.

1)  Long lifetime at temperature of 1050 ℃, short time using at 1500 ℃

2) Excellent thermal shock resistance, lower thermal conductivity, curled appearance helps to reduce excessive compression

3)  High temperature electrical insulated, longer service life

4)  Good low-temperature & high-temperature strength and thermal insulation performance;

1)  Rocket thermal protection system, ablation and heat insulation materials for rocket nozzle & spacecraft

2) Insulation, filling and sealing materials for optical fiber drawing furnace and automotive glass tempering furnace

3) Filter materials for high-temperature acidic liquids and gases, thermal insulation materials for reactors

4) Insulation materials for various kilns, high temperature pipes and containers

5) Furnace door, valve, flange sealing material, fire-proof door and fire roller shutter material

6) Engine and instrument cluster insulation material, fireproof cable cladding material, high temperature fireproof material

7) High-temperature expansion joint filler, flue lining material
