1. Product introduction:

Shenjiu quartz wool is composed of pure quartz fiber, without binder, amorphous, continuous, lumpy, white, odorless and non-volatile components. The irregular fiber length, shape and arrangement make quartz wool have a curled appearance, prevent compression of fillers and improve insulation performance; it is a good substitute for high silica fiber cotton, ceramic fiber cotton and basalt fiber cotton.

2.Performance advantages

(1)  Quartz wool can be used at 1050 ℃ for a long time, and the temperature can reach 1500 ℃ in a short time.

(2)  It has excellent thermal shock resistance, low thermal conductivity, and has a curled shape to reduce excessive compression caused by plugging during construction.

(3)  Low thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, low heat capacity, excellent high temperature insulation performance, long service life;

(4)  Has good low-temperature and high-temperature strength; has good thermal insulation performance;

3. Scope of application:

(1)  Mainly used as ablation and heat insulation material for the thermal protection system of launch vehicle, rocket nozzle, spacecraft;

(2) Insulation material for fiber drawing furnace, automobile glass tempering furnace, and sealing and filling material for furnace mouth

(3) Filter materials for high-temperature acidic liquids and gas media and thermal insulation materials for reactors;

(4) Insulation of various kilns, high temperature pipes and containers;

(5) Furnace door, valve, flange seal, fire door and fire shutter material, high temperature furnace door sensitive curtain;

(6) Insulation of engine and instrument, fireproof cable coating material, high temperature fireproof material;

(7) Cloth for heat insulation cover, high-temperature expansion joint filler, and flue lining material;
