Introduction
SJ102 Shenjiu superfine quartz fiber yarn is the new product developed and launched by us, filament diameter only 5μm. With same linear density, the tensile strength of 5μm quartz yarn is increased by 30% compared with traditional 7.5 µ m quartz fiber yarn.So the tensile strength of the fabric would also be increased by about 30%, in other words, composites with same tensile strength, its yarn consumption is reduced by 30%.
Therefore, thinner parts can be designed under the same performance, or parts with higher strength can be made under the same thickness. Since the specific surface area of the 5μm quartz yarn is 33% higher than that of 7.5μm quartz yarn, so the bonding surface is increased by 33% when bonded with resins, it helps quartz yarn bond with rezins much more firmly.
The application of 0.03mm ultra-thin quartz fiber fabric, helps better control of thickness & accuracy of composites, and the degree of distortion in the process of electromagnetic wave penetration will be greatly improved
