1. Product introduction:

Shenjiu quartz wool is composed of pure quartz fiber, without binder, amorphous, continuous, lumpy, white, odorless and non-volatile components. The irregular fiber length, shape and arrangement make quartz wool have a curled appearance, prevent compression of fillers and improve insulation performance; it is a good substitute for high silica fiber cotton, ceramic fiber cotton and basalt fiber cotton.

2.Performance advantages

(1)  Quartz wool can be used at 1050 ℃ for a long time, and the temperature can reach 1500 ℃ in a short time.

(2)  It has excellent thermal shock resistance, low thermal conductivity, and has a curled shape to reduce excessive compression caused by plugging during construction.
